Clover Home Services, Inc. was founded in 2008 by Matthew Powell in Brookfield, IL.  Since then, we have grown rapidly year over year expanding into several states and partnering with many great contractors, both big and small.

CHS moved HQ from Illinois to Phoenix, AZ in June of 2015. Since then we have taken on a large amount of work here in AZ as well as expanded into neighboring California.

After working on several contracts in AZ, IL, CA and FL we are currently focusing on expansion within our current state of Arizona and have temporarily backed away from being a multi-state operation.

We are now solely focused on the Greater Phoenix area and planting deep roots in the community.
