Once a month, our technician will come to the house for service.  Our first step will be place a clean tarp on the floor below your return, we will then remove and bag the old filter before loading it into our truck.  Next we will vacuum the grates of the vent and the return cavity before placing a brand new filter in and closing it back up.  Clean up and on to the next task!
